HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Mixed berries, banana, cacao powder, hemp seeds, cashews, almond butter, kachava chocolate protein powder, date.
A balanced and beautiful blend of carrot, pumpkin and spice. This one is nutty, creamy and a seasonal delight. Carrots, pumkin puree, almond butter, date, pumpkin pie spice, Ka’chava vanilla protein powder, banana, sea salt.
Soups + Salads
Creating extra healthy food that’s also beautiful and delicious makes us very happy. Every single ingredient that makes up this Super-Slaw Salad is a nutritional powerhouse on it's own - combined together to energize your body, boost your mood, increase your immune health, and make your skin glow.
TO SERVE: We love this salad served raw, or as a veggie stir-fry with our house made Pomegranate Vinaigrette and topped with slivered almonds and currants
This flavorful, cozy feeling soup is ideal for these chilly fall evenings when you crave something simple, satisfying and healthy. Ours has a creamy, velvety texture with the tasty balance of savory, sweet, and spice.
TO SERVE: Serve warmed to your desired temp with provided toasted pepitas as a topping. Also, beautiful when served with fresh matchstick cut apples on top.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
It's no secret that we love Mexican style bowls at TF and one of our favorite burrito bowl creations is as light and fresh as it gets! A healthy combination of flavors made with our cilantro lime rice, and packed with roasted veggies, fresh greens and plenty of plant-based protein. This one is a Fan Favorite….Enjoy!
TO SERVE: This dish can be served room temperature or you can warm the rice, black beans and sweet potato components in a saute pan on the stove top. Keep the romaine and cabbage cold and crisp, toss to combine. Once plated - drizzle with our house made Avocado Dressing and a squeeze of lime. Delicious with cubed avocado, and Siete tortillas.
We’re rather smitten with this lunch time delight - and we think you will be too! Tangy, creamy and full of plant-based protein, this Chickpea "Tuna" Wrap has quickly become our new favorite. The flavor and texture are spot on - chickpeas combined with crunchy celery + pickle relish.
TO SERVE: This one is ready to eat - perfect as a grab ‘n go for any meal! Enjoy directly out of the fridge or grab in the morning and enjoy at room temp by lunch. Serve with seasonal side salad.
A satisfying combination of roasted rainbow of veggies, cabbage kraut, sautéed greens, and fresh spring greens topped with our delicious creamy basil vinaigrette. This dish makes an excellent vegetarian entree or can be served with protein of your choice.
TO SERVE: We like this one warm, cold or combo. If serving as a warm|cold combo - warm chard and roasted veggies in sauté pan to desired temp - pile over fresh greens and top with provided topping (mix of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pistachios and cranberries) and dressing.
Veggies + Dips
This one has all the comfort and familiarity of a typical creamy, cheesy artichoke dip, but we make it totally vegan with a super flavorful cashew cream. We've also added pepperoncini peppers for that bit of SPICE. Pairs well with whole grain crackers, a crusty piece of bread, or our veggie crudités.
Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudités. Pairs well with this week’s Black Bean Quesadilla and Cilantro Lime Burrito Bowl
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Our signature creamy chia pudding takes a Mexican twist with the warming spices of traditional horchata. With cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla bean and topped with a dusting of coconut sugar this is a balanced treat with just the right sweet.
Our good clean twist on a classic! Ours are vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free (of course) and conjure up nostalgia of childhood… chewy, crunchy and just the right amount of sweet… irresistibly delicious!
