Banana, black cherries, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, chia seeds, Your Super Magic Mushroom powder, cacao powder, Ka’chava Chocolate protein powder, kale.
Soups + Salads
A Halloween special - our rich, creamy, comforting and sneakily healthy, pumpkin soup is an absolute cold weather essential! This Thai-inspired pumpkin soup is packed full of the best warm and cozy curry flavors. Garnish with salted pepitas, fresh lime + cilantro and enjoy! This soup is wonderful on it’s own as a light lunch/dinner or, if you would like to add some protein, it pairs well with chicken, shrimp or tofu for a heartier meal.
A vibrant mix of romaine, arugula, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots and cauliflower - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our house made Pecan Parmesan and creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing.
TO SERVE: Enjoy cold or room temperature - or warm your cauliflower and shredded sprouts for a warm cool combo. Toss with dressing and homemade Vegan Pecan Parm.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Here at GCF, we love take-out-style noodles! There’s lots of fresh flavor and texture in this perfectly sauced noodle bowl. A combination of scallions, ginger + tender, crisp asparagus and green veggies make this dish the perfect combination of healthy and flavorful. Gently heat in a saute pan on the stove top over a medium heat. Serve with a delicious drizzle of our Perfect Peanut Sauce, crushed peanuts and a squeeze of lime. Sprinkle with a dash of red pepper flakes or sriracha if you like a little heat! (Add a poached or pan fried egg if you desire. )
One of our favorite cozy fall recipes is this healthy Vegan Shepherd’s Pie - A hearty, flavor-packed lentil and mushroom filling meets fluffy mashed potatoes, veggies and fresh herbs in this protein-rich, plant based dish. The perfect healthy comfort food!!
TO SERVE: (Flip each serving so that the potatoes are on top if desired.) Warm in a 350 degree oven or airfryer for 10 - 15 minutes, or until warmed through. This dish also reheats well in the micorowave. Enjoy with fresh herbs.
The ultimate Mediterranean bowl with quinoa and hemp tabbouleh, fresh parsley + dill, fresh spring greens, creamy tahini dressing and topped with our gluten free + vegan falafel.
TO SERVE: Warm the Falafel in a saute pan for a few minutes on each side- just until warm. Leave the lettuces crisp, and enjoy as a salad with a drizzle of Tahini Dressing. Serve this dish with our house made Vegan Tzatziki Dip and pita chips on the side.
Veggies + Dips
A delicious and healthy blend of sunflower seeds, roasted carrots and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités or enjoy with toasted pita.
Tzatziki is a cucumber and yogurt-based sauce or dip commonly served in Mediterranean cuisine. Our plant-based version is herbaceous, cool and creamy, but made without the dairy! This would make the perfect dip for fresh vegetables and warm pita, served with olives. Pairs perfectly with our Tabbouleh Salad and also Red Lentil Dahl.
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Our Apple Pecan Coffee Cake is everything you could possibly want in a fall treat. Serve this slightly sweet cake for a healthy dessert or with an afternoon cup of coffee – either way, you can’t go wrong. We recommend sharing with a friend!
The nostalgic flavors of Grandma's cinnamon infused oatmeal cookies..... packed with protein, healthy fats and lots love. Enjoy for breakfast, an afternoon pick me up, or an evening (guiltless) treat!
