HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
Note: Full orders are pictured below. JUST LUNCH orders will receive single serving of each entree soup and salad + any add-ons purchased.
Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Cherry, blueberry, banana, raspberry, açaí, Your Super Energy Bomb, spinach, hemp hearts, cacao nibs + coconut. Delicious with a sprinkle of granola on top.
Sweet dark cherries, cauliflower, raw cacao powder, medjool date, almond butter, hemp hearts, cacao nibs, spinach.
Soups + Salads
Our healthy and delicious white bean chili chili so hearty and satisfying! It’s loaded with green chiles, potatoes, corn, white beans, and just the right amount of kick. Topped with cilantro, fresh lime, cubed avocado and tortilla chips - this is fall comfort food at it’s best!
TO SERVE: Heat on the stovetop to desired temp. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro, lime, cubed avocado and tortilla chips on the side.
A vibrant mix of romaine, arugula, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots, cauliflower and marinated chickpeas - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our house creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing.
TO SERVE: Enjoy cold or room temperature - or warm your cauliflower and shredded sprouts for a warm cool combo. Toss with dressing and pumpkin seeds or savory granola.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
We have taken our own fresh twist on this traditionally heavy lasagna dish by packing in layers of summer’s best veggies and GF lasagna noodles. It’s the perfect light summer meal!
To Serve: The lasagna can be heated in an air fryer (reheat at 350 for 4-8 minutes) or on the stove top (add a dash of olive oil to pan, and gently heat over medium) Top with our house made Pecan Parmesan, fresh basil and a squeeze of fresh lemon if desired. Enjoy with the fresh arugula side salad.
Here's a hearty vegan meal that satisfies....Amazing brown rice, walnuts and black bean burgers seasoned with smoky cumin and paprika. Sweet, tender, flavorful, so healthy, and delicious! Served over butter lettuce - with a side of pickles and our Vegan Mac + Cheese. A crowd-pleasing vegan meal with 10 grams of plant powered protein per serving.
TO SERVE: Warm burgers in sauté pan with olive oil on medium to high heat, slightly flatten into pan for 2 minutes or until starting to brown, flip and repeat. Gently heat the Mac + Cheese separately, or in the same pan
The ultimate Mediterranean bowl with quinoa and hemp tabbouleh, fresh parsley + dill, fresh spring greens, creamy tahini dressing and topped with our gluten free + vegan falafel.
TO SERVE: Warm the Falafel in a saute pan for a few minutes on each side- just until warm. Leave the lettuces crisp, and enjoy as a salad with a drizzle of Tahini Dressing. Serve this dish with our house made Vegan Tzatziki Dip and pita chips on the side.
Veggies + Dips
A delicious and healthy blend of sunflower seeds, roasted carrots and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités or enjoy with toasted pita.
Tzatziki is a cucumber and yogurt-based sauce or dip commonly served in Mediterranean cuisine. Our plant-based version is herbaceous, cool and creamy, but made without the dairy! This would make the perfect dip for fresh vegetables and warm pita, served with olives. Pairs nicely with our Falafel Bowl this week.
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats - or delicious Morning Glory Bread is oil free, refined sugar free and the perfect nutrient-packed-any-time-of-day kind of snack. Warm, lightly toast, or enjoy as is... pairs well with a cup of coffee or tea - relish in the "treat"!
Inspired by our favorite Thanksgiving dessert - southern style! This chia pudding has two delicious layers, pecan and dates layered with vanilla and maple chia pudding. As always our chia puddings make a great breakfast, snack or after dinner treat. Enjoy!
