A transformational, ready-to-eat cleanse for body and mind.
Super Food Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, almond butter, banana, raspberries, strawberries.
Mixed berries, banana, cacao powder, hemp seeds, cashews, almond butter, kachava chocolate protein powder, date.
Sweet dark cherries, cauliflower, raw cacao powder, medjool date, almond butter, hemp hearts, cacao nibs, spinach.
Gluten free oats, blueberries, banana, sun butter, flax seeds, date, sea salt + cinnamon.
Nourishing Soups
A note on portions: each 32 ounce jar contains 2 generous servings. Consume half of a jar for lunch, half for dinner. If you have leftovers, all of the purees freeze beautifully.
This creamy white bean soup with kale, rosemary, and lemon is cozy and vibrant, and is the perfect dish to make you feel both warm and satisfied.
TO SERVE: Warm gently in sauce pan over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon or red pepper flakes if you like it spicy. Finally, top with our house made Pecan Parm!
This celery soup is light, flavorful and makes for a perfect cleansing meal. Celery fights inflammation, is healing for the gut, lowers cholesterol, lowers blood pressure and is super high in antioxidants. The digestive benefits of celery are partly due to its diuretic effects - and also because it boosts circulation within the intestines, therefore helping improve digestion and relieving bloating and puffiness from water retention. The insoluble fiber found in celery has strong pre-biotic effects - supporting the growth of good bacteria in our gut.
Serve with a sprinkle of fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon. Salt + pepper to taste.
We love the healing benefits of carrots, mainly the antioxidant-rich carotenoids that are known to pack anticancer powers. Combined with the cleansing power of fresh ginger, mineral rich veggie broth, and a touch of lemongrass you're left with a hearty bowl of soup that warms the heart and heals the body.
TO SERVE: Soup will thicken in fridge - add water to desired consistency - salt + pepper to taste. Add a sprinkle of cayenne or red pepper flakes for spice. Serve with fresh scallions and cilantro.
This wonderful cleansing soup highlights the fresh combination of simple ingredients made clean: spring peas, asparagus and fresh herbs keeps the finished soup looking and tasting bright + light.
TO SERVE: Delicious warm or chilled. Top with fresh herbs, and a squeeze of lemon if desired. This soup will be most vibrant at the beginning of your week!
An unusually flavorful white detox soup filled with anti-inflammatory ingredients like celery, leeks and cauliflower and warming spices. Although the color white is associated with processed foods like sugar and flour, white vegetables found in nature are actually high in powerful phyto-chemicals that fight off cancer, improve blood pressure and kidney function.
TO SERVE: Heat soup over stove top at med|high heat to desired temp. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley, basil + savory granola.
Snacks, Tonics & Teas
Upon waking - start your day with 1/2 of a lemon squeezed into 16 ounces of filtered water - served warm or room temperature. The lemon water will help you get a jump start on hydration, stimulate digestion and promote elimination, and give you a nice boost of Vitamin C.
Granny Smith Apples: For a crunchy and satisfying snack - apples are an excellent source of fiber and vitamin C, but are also high in water content which can help you stay full, not to mention hydrated,
The Brazilian: Brazil nuts, filtered water, vanilla bean, date, cinnamon and Himalayan sea salt. Best when fresh - Enjoy these two on the front end of your week! This nourishing Nut Mylk is a naturally sweetened, warm, comfort drink that stabilizes blood sugar. We like to sip this drink before bedtime, as it helps wind down from the day, and lets the body know it’s time to rest.
Hemp seeds for omegas, plant protein punch and a creamy satisfying finish. Dates for digestion, energy, brain function and a multitude of minerals (iron, calcium, manganese, copper, and potassium to name a few) Spirulina and super green for detox, immunity, anti inflammation, energy and too many benefits to list.
How To Prepare: To the blender add 1 Tablespoon Matcha Mix + 1 Date + 6-8 ounces hot water. Blend on high for 1 minute.
"Eating your water" is one of our secrets to having youthful, glowing skin. Hydrating fruits and vegetables help hydrate the cells and leave our insides, as well as our skin, clean and glowing. Enjoy the satisfying crunch of this nourishing crudite of cucumber, jicama, radish, daikon and celery each afternoon of the Souper Cleanse.
Loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, this homemade vegetable broth is an immune boosting, gut-healing, anti-inflammatory powerhouse - and it’s delicious! Heat the broth gently in a sauce pan. We love it served as a tea, with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
These chewy, seedy, savory bars are crazy good and have quickly become one of our favorite healthy treats. Packed with protein and energy they are perfect as an after-workout snack or an afternoon pick-me-up. We like to store ours in the freezer to keep them nice and firm.
