HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
Note: Full orders are pictured below. JUST LUNCH orders will receive single serving of each entree soup and salad + any add-ons purchased.
Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy!
Mango, banana, date, coconut or almond milk yogurt, maple syrup, cardamom, turmeric, Your Super Mellow Golden.
Cauliflower rice, peanut butter, banana, Dandy blend, Ka’chava chocolate protein powder, cacao powder, cacao nibs, date, and sea salt.
Cherry, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, banana, Your Super Energy Bomb, chia, hemp, flax, cacao nibs, spinach, kale.
Soups + Salads
When ever we feel like we need a healthful reset, we make this soup! It’s chock-full of green vegetables, and the broth is simple but oh so flavorful thanks to miso paste, freshly cracked black pepper, and a good squeeze of lemon.
TO SERVE: Warm to desired temperature and top with fresh herbs, a squeeze of lemon and a generous dollop of our pea pesto.
A vibrant mix of romaine, arugula, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots, cauliflower and marinated chickpeas - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our house creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing.
TO SERVE: Enjoy cold or room temperature - or warm your cauliflower and shredded sprouts for a warm cool combo. Toss with dressing and pumpkin seeds or savory granola.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
We are always looking for new ways to make veggie fritters, and these Spicy Cauliflower Fritters are our new favorites. With antioxidant-rich cauliflower and protein packed quinoa these veggie fritters are delicious and deliver a nutritious punch.
TO SERVE: In an oiled saute pan over medium heat - warm the fritters to desired temperature, about 3 minutes on each side, flipping very carefully to avoid breaking. The root fries can be warmed in the same pan (or in the oven), until crisp. This dish also reheats well in the air fryer if you have one.
We are serving the fritters with our house made Vegan Chipotle Ranch for dipping.
Pasta Primavera-this classic pasta dish is a wonderful mixture of gluten free penne pasta, colorful vegetables, lemon, and a delightful basil vinaigrette. It’s the perfect summer meal for dining alfresco!
To Serve: Top with our house made Pecan Parmesan, fresh basil and a squeeze of fresh lemon if desired. NOTE: The basil vinaigrette is optional - delicious with or without.
A hearty and satisfying vegan meal bowl made with tofu, brown rice and brightly colored stir-fried veggies. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat…
TO SERVE: Warm all ingredients in a saute pan or wok over medium heat. Dress with with our homemade Perfect Peanut Sauce and garnish with provided toasted peanuts. Top with cilantro, scallion, and if you like a little more spice: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha. This bowl works well at room temp too. Pairs well with roast chicken if desired.
Veggies + Dips
This lovely pesto is fresh, green and full of spring flavors. Pairs well with pasta, zoodles, or even a dollop with eggs and toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!
This one has all the comfort and familiarity of a typical creamy, cheesy artichoke dip, but we make it totally vegan with a super flavorful cashew cream. We've also added pepperoncini peppers for that bit of SPICE. Pairs well with whole grain crackers, a crusty piece of bread, or our veggie crudités.
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Thankfully it is possible to get your sweet fix without compromising your health, or over indulging. This delightful treat is just that - loaded with nutrients, fiber and healthy fats and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
These scrumptious little no-bake carrot cake bites taste just like a traditional slice of carrot cake, but are so much healthier - raw, oil-free and naturally sweetened. Dipped in our vegan cream cheese icing, these make the perfect energizing breakfast-on-the-go, pre-workout snack, or fun treat to share after a meal. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
