Soups + Salads
Our all-time favorite Butternut Squash Soup recipe! Warming and comforting this Butternut Squash Soup is super creamy (yet cream-less) a little spicy, and full of delicious butternut flavor. Perfect for those chilly days when you need some warmth and are ready to stay in and get cozy!
TO SERVE: Warm gently in sauce pan over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper if desired.
A vibrant mix of romaine, arugula, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots, cauliflower and marinated lentils - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our house creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing.
TO SERVE: Enjoy cold or room temperature - or warm your cauliflower and shredded sprouts for a warm cool combo. Toss with dressing and pumpkin seeds or savory granola.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Our NEW: Vegan Enchilada Lasagna layers soft corn tortillas with smoky roasted vegetables, black beans, and seasonal salsa verde. Baked until golden and bubbling, it’s topped with a bright, creamy Cilantro Lime Crème for the perfect balance of YUM!
TO SERVE: Reheat in a 350 degree oven, skillet on the stove top, airfryer or microwave. Serve with cubed avocado and a sprinkle of pepitas + cilantro.
We’ve been on a vegetable-packed coconut curry kick lately—they’re just the perfect warming meal for this time of year. This vegan Thai Green Curry features fresh squash, sweet peas, broccoli and potatoes in a delicious green coconut sauce, served over forbidden black rice. It’s full of warming spice.
TO SERVE: Warm to desired temp, top with Sriracha toasted coconut and cashews, and fresh herbs: cilantro and scallions and a squeeze of lime! Like more spice? We like ours with drizzle of sriracha!
If you’re craving sushi, this "sushi roll in a bowl" is a fun and delicious way to get your fix! Sticky rice, edamame (or tofu), crunchy carrots and fresh greens all come together with (gut balancing) ginger cabbage kraut.
TO SERVE: Empty the contents of the jar into a large serving bowl. Top with a our homemade Creamy Wasabi Dressing and a sprinkle of fresh scallion + cilantro. Serve with the Ginger Cabbage Kraut and Nori Wraps on the side.
Veggies + Dips
This fresh, green, creamy dip is made with protein-packed edamame, and our special cashew crema. Pairs well with pasta, zoodles, or as a spread on rustic toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités.
From Jessica Seinfeld’s cookbook, Vegan At Times. We love this Chipotle Cashew Queso. It’s a dip, filling, topping. Whatever you want it to be! it adds richness, flavor, and protein to any meal or snack. Pairs well our Mexican Style Chopped Salad this week.
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
This citrusy version of our classic chia pudding just might be our new favorite. It tastes like sunshine in a bowl! Enjoy this chia pudding for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack. It’s a creamy, filling, and healthy treat, no matter how you serve it.
These brownies are something special - fudgey, almond flour based, made with natural almond butter, pure maple syrup & cocoa powder. Delicious eaten cold from the fridge with an afternoon latte or cup of tea, or warm for a decadent treat!
