Soups + Salads
This delicious bowl of soup is like sunshine in a bowl! Absolutely packed with veggies, our Golden Goddess Soup is rich in energizing vitamins and minerals such as iron, manganese, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. It gets the name “golden” from the turmeric – an Indian spice known for having potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
TO SERVE: This soup can be served hot or cold. To warm, gently heat in a saucepan on the stove top over medium. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon and top with provided curry nuts for an added crunch. Pairs well with fresh herbs if desired. NOTE: This soup freezes well.
An Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, and served over brown rice, with our killer sesame ginger dressing.
TO SERVE: We are loving this salad served warm or cold. For a warm option, lightly heat all ingredients in a saute pan and top with dressing and crushed peanuts. Stretch it as a meal to share? Add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu).
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Pan-seared tofu with our house made herb marinade, organic brown rice, herb-roasted delicata squash and carrots, charred green cabbage, grilled red onions, wilted spinach. Served with Lemon-Caper Vinaigrette.
Reheat in the oven at 300ºF for 8 to 10 minutes, or in the air fryer at 375ºF for about 3 to 5 minutes until warmed through. Drizzle with Lemon-Caper Vinaigrette over the top to serve.
Brown rice lasagne noodles mixed with a creamy butternut squash sauce, layered with tofu ricotta, sautéed spinach, caramelized onions and beautiful butternut.
TO SERVE: Cover with foil and warm in a 350 degree oven until warmed through. Season with salt + pepper to taste, and if you like, a sprinkle of red pepper flake - bon appetit!
Enjoy all the best Mediterranean flavors in this veggie-packed bowl with Chef Ottolenghi’s Herby Basmati Rice and Za’atar Roasted Chickpeas. With briny olives, and fermented red beet + cabbage kraut - it's a flavor filled dish packed with protein + beneficial probiotic enzymes! Serve with a drizzle of our homemade vegan tzatziki sauce, fresh chopped parsley, and a squeeze of lemon.
TO SERVE: We love this one served room temperature, or as a hot/cold combo (Remove the fresh greens, cucumbers and olives and warm the rest) To stretch for family, enjoy with toasted pita bread and extra greens. Pairs well with baked or grilled organic chicken breast.
Veggies + Dips
Isn't healthy beautiful? HOT pink, lemony with a kick of garlic and full of vitamins and minerals. Serve with our rainbow of crudités or gf crackers.
Move over hummus...There's a new dip in town! With a macadamia nut base, the smoky, sweet and spicy flavors in this red pepper dip make it a standout. Pairs well with pita wedges, crackers or a crusty piece of bread. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Today lemon is the star of the show in this light and creamy Lemon Chia Pudding! Not only is the chia pudding infused with a light lemon flavor, but it’s also topped with a fluffy lemon cream. It definitely tastes decadent like a treat, but it can also be enjoyed as a healthy breakfast or a snack and is packed with good-for-you ingredients.
Peanut butter and chocolate are definitely one of our favorite combos! We love these wholesome, sugar-free cookies with coffee for a mid-morning snack or as a treat to share with the kids. Store them in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
