Soups + Salads
Coming at you HOT with this delicious, ultra rich and creamy (but vegan) Sesame Ramen. It’s the perfect healthy comfort meal - featuring ramen noodles swimming in a delicious sesame broth, loaded with fresh veggies and unami rich mushrooms, topped with tamari roasted shitakes.
TO SERVE: Gently pour the entire jar into a pot and bring to just a warm temperature without overheating. Serve with fresh cilantro and green onion. For a more traditional presentation - serve with a soft boiled egg.
Light, fresh foods are our inspiration these days and our Chop Stix Chop Salad is just the ticket. Loaded with an assortment of fresh crunchy veggies, brown rice and tossed with our house made Spicy Ginger Dressing.
TO SERVE: Top with crunchy peanuts, scallion and cubes of avocado. If you like spice - add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper or sriracha.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
This Curried Chickpea Salad is just like your favorite curried chicken salad….veganized. Loaded with plant-protein, healthy fats, and metabolism boosting spices, these wraps will satisfy your hunger for hours while offering plenty of colorful veggies and lots of flavor. Inspired by Whole Foods Curried Chicken Salad.
NOTE: Please enjoy at the beginning of your week for optimal freshness!
TO SERVE: Enjoy our fresh mixed slaw already dressed with lemon poppy seed dressing and make your curry wraps with provided butter or gem lettuce cups. Also delicious served on crackers, toast, or a crusty piece of bread.
A hearty and satisfying vegan meal bowl made with tofu, brown rice and brightly colored stir-fried veggies. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat…
TO SERVE: Warm all ingredients in a saute pan or wok over medium heat. Dress with with our homemade Perfect Peanut Sauce and garnish with provided toasted peanuts. Top with cilantro, scallion, and if you like a little more spice: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha. This bowl works well at room temp too.
This recipe is inspired by the popular Chinese take-out dish, Kung Pao Chicken, and adapted from a recipe from our friend and local chef Mark of Field 2 Fork. We've swapped out the deep fried chicken for super nutritious, oven-roasted cauliflower and the result is a perfectly healthy, but still delicious alternative to the traditional version. We think it's even better than takeout!
TO SERVE: Serve over rice and garnish with fresh cilantro, scallions, Thai basil and peanuts. Add a squeeze of lime or dash of sriracha if you like a spicy kick!
Veggies + Dips
Move over hummus...There's a new dip in town! With a macadamia nut base, the smoky, sweet and spicy flavors in this red pepper dip make it a standout. Pairs well with pita wedges, crackers or a crusty piece of bread. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!
Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudités. Pairs well with this week’s Black Bean Quesadilla and Cilantro Lime Burrito Bowl
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
We love chocolate + peppermint combos, and Kelly’s latest chia pudding creation is the perfect balance of both worlds. As always our chia treats are made with fresh and healthy ingredients like cacao, sweetened with a dash of maple, and of course loaded with chia seeds that contain high amounts of fiber, omega 3’s, protein and essential minerals.
These Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are everything that cookie dreams are made of! Soft, chewy, and bursting with spices, these oatmeal cookies taste just like the ones you grew up eating, but without any refined sugar, eggs or dairy! They're super healthy, and perfect for dunking.
