Soups + Salads
Our super healthy broccoli and spinach soup is a delicious bowl of nourishing green goodness. Filled with cleansing ingredients that supply a bounty of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. You will feel light and nourished after eating this soup.
Reheat over medium heat on the stove top. Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of sunflower seeds. Optional: squeeze of lemon and fresh herbs if desired.
A vibrant mix of romaine, arugula, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots and cauliflower - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our house made Pecan Parmesan and creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing.
TO SERVE: Enjoy cold or room temperature - or warm your cauliflower and shredded sprouts for a warm cool combo. Toss with dressing and homemade Vegan Pecan Parm.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Piled high with crunchy, creamy, savory, and spicy components, this hearty bowl is full of flavor, satisfying, and (most importantly) good for your gut health. Specifically, kimchi has a powerful nutritional profile - low in calories but packed with nutrients like iron, folate, and vitamins B6 and K, plus live probiotics that help improve the balance of good and bad bacteria in your gut.
Prep tips: enjoy this bowl at room temp or as a warm cold combo - warm your rice, mushrooms, edamame and sprouts on the stove top at medium high heat to desired warms. Pile with the fresh crisp veggies - top with perfect peanut sauce, fresh herbs and cubed avocado and serve alongside your kimchi!
This Curried Chickpea Salad is just like your favorite curried chicken salad….veganized. Loaded with plant-protein, healthy fats, and metabolism boosting spices, these wraps will satisfy your hunger for hours while offering plenty of colorful veggies and lots of flavor. Inspired by Whole Foods Curried Chicken Salad.
NOTE: Please enjoy at the beginning of your week for optimal freshness!
TO SERVE: Enjoy our fresh mixed slaw already dressed with lemon poppy seed dressing and make your curry wraps with provided butter or gem lettuce cups. Also delicious served on crackers, toast, or a crusty piece of bread.
Veggies + Dips
This creamy Herb Tahini Sauce is paired with fresh parsley, dill, cilantro, garlic, and lemon juice that add brightness, zest, and a slew of vitamins and minerals. We love this dip served with our veggie crudite, endive or steamed artichokes.
A delicious and healthy blend of sunflower seeds, roasted carrots and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités or enjoy with toasted pita.
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
These brownies are something special - fudgey, almond flour based, made with natural almond butter, pure maple syrup & cocoa powder. Delicious eaten cold from the fridge with an afternoon latte or cup of tea, or warm for a decadent treat!
Our Peanut Butter Mousse Chia Pudding is a soothing - salty - sweet - satisfying - treat. Antioxidants, fiber, Omega-3’s and peanut powered protein pack a nutrient punch. Enjoy without guilt for breakfast or a snack after lunch.
