HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
Note: Full orders are pictured below. JUST LUNCH orders will receive single serving of each entree soup and salad + any add-ons purchased.
Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Cherry, blueberry, banana, raspberry, açaí, Your Super Energy Bomb, spinach, hemp hearts, cacao nibs + coconut. Delicious with a sprinkle of granola on top.
Gluten free oats, blueberries, banana, sun butter, flax seeds, date, sea salt + cinnamon.
Soups + Salads
This creamy white bean soup with kale, rosemary, and lemon is cozy and vibrant, and is the perfect dish to make you feel both warm and satisfied.
TO SERVE: Warm gently in sauce pan over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon or red pepper flakes if you like it spicy. Finally, top with our house made Pecan Parm!
Loaded with leafy greens, green beans, fresh herbs, white beans, olives, marinated potatoes, farm cherry tomatoes + the most delicious herby, tangy olive oil-dressing, this Summer Niçoise Salad is nothing short of awesome.
TO SERVE: Perfect for a lunch or served up for dinner al fresco. For a more traditional presentation, add a hard boiled egg + 2-3 ounces of tuna or salmon. Allow dressing to come to room temperature before serving.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
These cold sesame miso noodles are a perfect no cook dish tossed with marinated tofu, crunchy slaw, cucumbers, sesame seeds, roasted cashews and served with our house made sriracha aioli + sweet and spicy Goop Miso Dressing.
To Serve: We love this dish served cold. Toss with Goop Miso Dressing and a drizzle of sriracha aioli. Pairs well with poached or hard boiled egg for added protein.
We are always looking for new ways to make veggie fritters, and these Spicy Cauliflower Fritters are our new favorites. With antioxidant-rich cauliflower and protein packed quinoa these veggie fritters are delicious and deliver a nutritious punch.
TO SERVE: In an oiled saute pan over medium heat - warm the fritters to desired temperature, about 3 minutes on each side, flipping very carefully to avoid breaking. The root fries can be warmed in the same pan (or in the oven), until crisp. This dish also reheats well in the air fryer if you have one.
We are serving the fritters with our house made Vegan Chipotle Ranch for dipping.
This nourishing Sesame Carrot Bowl is filled with sushi rice, edamame, sesame kale, crisp cabbage, and sweet carrots for a range of delectable flavors and textures. The most special part about this dish is our homemade, creamy carrot and ginger dressing. It’s sweet and tangy and perfectly balanced.
TO SERVE: This dish can be served at room temp or as a warm stir-fry. Shake or stir the dressing - separation is normal. Serve topped with tamari toasted almonds and coconut + fresh mint and scallions.
Note: This dish is perishable. Enjoy at the beginning of the week!
Veggies + Dips
We added some extra nutrients to this classic party dip by making it a green pea guacamole. The taste of a traditional guac with a nutritional boost. Serve with tortilla chips or veggie crudites. Pairs very well with our NEW! Southwestern Salad and Broccoli Quesadilla this week.
Combining three things we love: Thai flavors, peanuts and hummus! Protein packed and versatile - serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités. Also pairs well with flax crackers or toasted pita. For a little extra kick - top with red pepper flakes of a drizzle of sriracha! This one is a hit with the kids!
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Nostalgic and protein packed, these Hippie Bars (inspired by @earthyandy) are a satisfying guilt-free snack. And when there’s peanut butter & chocolate involved, you really can’t go wrong. Keep these in your freezer and enjoy one bite (or two) at a time.
We call this key lime pie chia pudding a “treat” but truth be told it’s healthy enough to enjoy for breakfast or anytime of day. It’s made with Kelly’s signature creamy chia pudding on the bottom, and topped off with a cashew-cream key lime mousse that’s loaded with protein, healthy fats and just a small amount of maple syrup for sweetness.
