HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Banana, black cherries, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, chia seeds, Your Super Magic Mushroom powder, cacao powder, Ka’chava Chocolate protein powder, kale.
Hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, almonds, almond butter, banana, raspberries, strawberries + Kachava Vanilla Protein Powder.
Gluten free oats, blueberries, banana, sun butter, flax seeds, date, sea salt + cinnamon.
Soups + Salads
This celery soup is light, flavorful and makes the perfect lunch or light meal on a warm day. Even better - It’s packed with good-for-you nutritional benefits: Celery fights inflammation, is healing for the gut, lowers cholesterol, lowers blood pressure and is super high in antioxidants - just to name a few.
TO SERVE: Gently heat to your desired temp over stove top. We love it served on it’s own with a warm, crusty piece of bread for dipping.
Fresh, crisp and heavy on the veggies, this is the salad we have been craving! With plant-based proteins, rice noodles, and delicious Thai flavors.
TO SERVE: Serve this salad cold with a drizzle of our house made Sesame Ginger Dressing. Garnish with lime wedges, a sprinkle of crushed sweet ginger peanuts, and your favorite mix of herbs. All the fresh, crunchy toppings are provided. NOTE: Enjoy this salad at the front end of the week for optimal freshness.
A vibrant mix of romaine, arugula, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots and cauliflower - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our house made Pecan Parmesan and creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing.
TO SERVE: Enjoy cold or room temperature - or warm your cauliflower and shredded sprouts for a warm cool combo. Toss with dressing and homemade Vegan Pecan Parm.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Savory, crispy and fresh. Each bite of these spring rolls will leave you wanting more, and more. They’re filled with crisp vegetables, fresh herbs, and delicious tamari baked tofu.
TO SERVE: For optimal freshness, we recommend that you enjoy this dish at the beginning of the week….Tuesday lunch is served!
Serve over a crunchy slaw salad, sprinkled with crushed peanuts and with our house made Perfect Peanut Sauce for dipping.
It's no secret that we love Mexican style bowls at GCF and our newest creation is as light and fresh as it gets! A healthy grain-free meal made with our special Mexican paleo cauliflower rice, and packed with roasted veggies, fresh greens and plenty of plant-based protein. Serve with Seite soft taco shells, heirloom salsa, fresh cilantro pepita pesto, cubed avocado and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro. This one is a “Fan-Fave”….Enjoy!
Veggies + Dips
A delicious and healthy blend of sunflower seeds, roasted carrots and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités or enjoy with toasted pita.
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
The nostalgic flavors of Grandma's cinnamon infused oatmeal cookies..... packed with protein, healthy fats and lots love. Enjoy for breakfast, an afternoon pick me up, or an evening (guiltless) treat!
