HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy!
Cauliflower rice, peanut butter, banana, Dandy blend, Ka’chava chocolate protein powder, cacao powder, cacao nibs, date, and sea salt.
Wild blueberries, date, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, Brazil nut, sunbutter, banana + Kachava Vanilla Protein Powder.
Soups + Salads
This delicious bowl of soup is like sunshine in a bowl! Absolutely packed with veggies, our Golden Goddess Soup is rich in energizing vitamins and minerals such as iron, manganese, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. It gets the name “golden” from the turmeric – an Indian spice known for having potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
TO SERVE: This soup can be served hot or cold. To warm, gently heat in a saucepan on the stove top over medium. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon. Pairs well with fresh herbs and mircro greens if desired. NOTE: This soup freezes well.
Light, fresh foods are our inspiration these days and our Chop Stix Chop Salad is just the ticket. Loaded with an assortment of fresh crunchy veggies, brown rice and tossed with our house made Spicy Ginger Dressing. Pairs well with a hard boiled egg or organic chicken if desired.
Note: We recommend eating this at the beginning of the week for optimal freshness
TO SERVE: Top with crunchy peanuts, scallion and cubes of avocado. If you like spice - add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper or sriracha.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
This incredibly refreshing and satisfying noodle salad is loaded with fresh herbs, sautéed green beans, shallots, crunchy carrots, yellow squash, green zucchini and peppers. This is all tossed in a zesty lime dressing and topped with our tamari toasted cashews and coconut, fresh cilantro, mint and scallion. Now doesn’t that sound fabulous?
We love this one served cold or room temperature.
It's no secret that we love Mexican style bowls at TF and one of our favorite burrito bowl creations is as light and fresh as it gets! A healthy combination of flavors made with our cilantro lime rice, and packed with roasted veggies, fresh greens and plenty of plant-based protein. This one is a Fan Favorite….Enjoy!
TO SERVE: This dish can be served room temperature or you can warm the rice, black beans and sweet potato components in a saute pan on the stove top. Keep the romaine and cabbage cold and crisp, toss to combine. Once plated - drizzle with our house made Avocado Dressing and a squeeze of lime. Delicious with cubed avocado, and Siete tortillas.
Enjoy all the best Mediterranean flavors in this veggie-packed bowl lightened up with cauliflower rice, spring greens + fresh herbs. With briny olives, and fermented red beet + cabbage kraut - it's a flavor filled dish packed with protein + beneficial probiotic enzymes! Serve with a drizzle of our homemade creamy tahini dressing and vegan tzatzkik sauce, fresh chopped parsley, and a squeeze of lemon. To stretch for family, enjoy with toasted pita bread and extra greens. We love this one cold, or at room temp.
Veggies + Dips
We are obsessed with this house made pesto bruchetta with fresh mint and sweet, sweet peas. If you love it too….we have two bruschetta recipes, including this one, on the blog. Traditional preparation is to serve with toasted french bread crostini - To prepare: slice a french baguette, brush with olive oil on both sides and toast under the broiler for 2-3 minutes on each side. Also delicious as a dip for our veggie crudite.
Combining three things we love: Thai flavors, coconut and hummus! Vibrant, slightly spicy and protein packed. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités. Also pairs well with flax crackers or toasted pita. Dips well in celery, cucumber, carrot or cabbage. Enjoy!
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Chef Brit’s Lemon Blueberry Chia Pudding is the perfect breakfast for on the go or an easy morning at home. It’s loaded with fresh blueberries and tangy lemon - simple, refreshing and oh-so-delicious!
These cute zucchini muffin tops are soft & fluffy, not too sweet and DELISH! We hope you love them as much as we do....If so, you can find the recipe on our blog! A wonderful breakfast or late morning snack that will taste so satisfying with a cup of tea or coffee. Store in the fridge and enjoy at room temp or slightly warmed. Great for lunch boxes too!
